The innovative HACK® moldlife® sense is a fully-integrated, fully-automated stand- alone system.
It does not require additional expertise or operator handling. The HACK® moldlife® sense system is configured and adapted by HACK specifically and uniquely for your desired mold.
The beauty of the HACK® moldlife® sense system is, it does not need to be connected to the internet to be fully functional. Only for remote diagnostics, the system needs to be connected to the internet. This is quite simply done using the intuitive mold-integrated touchscreen.

Flexible notification options from HACK® moldlife® sense system include visual as well as acoustic alerts from the plastic-injected mold or by using the optional controlling interface.
The controller interface offers a graphical representation of the whole array of values measured by the sensors on any computer on the local network.
We provide you with a detailed lifecycle of your mold with the possibility to retrieve various data such as downtimes, maintenance intervals and malfunctions as required.
Now it’s possible to get notifications from the control unit using OPC-UA and through a further interface.
